Breakfast in Brittany
  * Our continental breakfast is really a proper meal to start the day and comprises: yoghurt and cereals, orange juice, a selection of croissants pastries and jams, coffee tea or chocolate, delicious local bread, and ham and cheese.     Brittany, the most westerly part of France and bounded on three sides by the Atlantic Ocean, has a character all of its own. Here ancient Celtic traditions and the Breton language mingle with more recent contacts with the rest of France. It is a region steeped in legends and mythology. A fantastical place to enchant all who visit it The Côtes d'Armor is situated on the northern coast of Brittany and is an ideal base for your holidays, whether to explore the spectacular coastline itself (also known as the "Emerald Coast"), the lush countryside with its Manoirs and Chateaux, or the delightful valley of the river Rance, which runs from Saint-Malo on the north down through Dinan and then on into southern Brittany. There is a veritable wealth of discoveries awaiting you for all seasons. "A favourite area, blissfully little known..." is how Patricia Fenn describes Plouër-sur-Rance in her well known French Entrée Guide to "Chambres d'Hôtes in France". A peaceful and safe setting for your stay in France.
